"Better to remain vigilant for a thousand days than to let disaster strike for a single day." Safety production is not only the cornerstone of high-quality enterprise development but also a solid shield for the life and health of every employee. Following the comprehensive deployment of the "Ten Major Safety Governance Systems" at the special safety production meeting on September 1, to effectively translate the meeting's spirit into practical combat capabilities, IBIH organized a comprehensive emergency drill simulating a chemical leakage accident in the liquid tank area on September 4. This drill was not only a rapid response to the previous meeting's deployment but also a comprehensive "physical examination" of the company's emergency management system, marking a new stage in shifting the company's safety production work from top-level design to practical combat tempering.

Leaders including Dr. Wang Yunhong, President; Chao Huaxin, Executive Deputy General Manager of the Hebei Company; and Zhao Dongqing, Deputy General Manager of the Hebei Company, visited the drill site to observe and guide, tracking and evaluating the organization, personnel response, and disposal procedures throughout the process. During the drill, all participating departments strictly followed the established plans, cooperating closely and fighting as a coordinated force. From hazard discovery, information reporting, and emergency activation to on-site cordoning, personnel evacuation, hazard disposal, and environmental monitoring, the entire emergency process was seamlessly linked and orderly. The participating personnel responded quickly and operated according to specifications, fully demonstrating solid professional literacy and excellent team collaboration spirit.

After the drill, the on-site command group immediately organized a review and summary, formulating practical and feasible rectification measures for the detailed issues exposed during the drill. This comprehensive emergency drill was not only a test of capabilities but also a baptism of thought. It profoundly warns us that safety work must never remain on paper or in meetings; it must be implemented in every operation, every drill, and the closed-loop rectification of every hazard.

As emphasized in the previous report, "Safety is a marathon with no finish line." From the meeting deployment on September 1 to the practical drill on September 4, IBIH is transforming the "Ten Major Safety Governance Systems" from a blueprint into reality with firm steps. The company will continue to deepen the construction of the safety governance system, regularly carry out practical emergency drills, continuously consolidate the safety foundation, safeguard high-quality enterprise development with high-level safety, and deliver a responsible safety report card to employees and society.
